I have actually been so busy of late that i rarely have time to blog, but now
i feel i just need to share what i have been doing of late which started from
my interview with Charles Nsa a TV presenter anchoring the show Entertainment Zone
every Friday 6:30pm on ITV Abuja,
The show is themed on Entertainment and youth empowerment, a platform for youth
to showcase their God given talent
I would say its actually a stepping stone for me, it shows i am breaking new grounds.
Below is just an Extract from the programme,
Please watch and pass your comment.
My weekend was fun filled, I had the opportunity of meeting a young CHEF, Onuoha Chikezie, I call him Chef “LINGUINI” for those that have watched the computer-animated comedy film “RATATOUILLE”, you would know where I got that name from,
Rattatouille is a 2007 American computer-animated comedy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures Remy an anthropomorphic rat who is interested in cooking; “Linguini”, is a young garbage boy. The plot of the animated movie follows Remy, who dreams of becoming a chef and tries to achieve his goal by forming an alliance with a Parisian restaurant’s garbage boy.
Chike is good at the Art of cooking, I saw him as he spiced his dish with different spice that I haven’t even seen before only on television, I was so curious that I decided to ask him question on what he is preparing, he couldn’t really give me the audience because he is on a deadline to deliver his cuisines to his client who had paid him to cook for them.
Chike started cooking from the early hours of the Morning and he didn’t stop till around 8:00pm , and he didn’t show any sign of distress at all, he was so happy cooking, I even had to crave his indulgence to give me some minute to have a portrait shot of him.
Chike loves cooking, I sure would plan to meet him again.
As a Photographer you have no choice but to create your own unique style,
The style that differentiate you from any other photographer it can either
1. The kind of pictures you capture (wedding, fashion, streets view, silhouette etc)
2. Your Photo simulation which can being on Sepia mode, Monochrome
3. Story telling or just for fun.
it goes on ….
At times the kind of pictures we shoot tells a little about our upbringing and also
the type of portraits or pictures we put on our wall tell a little about our personality.
Despite the fact that we want to capture beautiful moments but there is the special kind of
picture that brings smiles to your face anytime you see that moment.
As for me that moment is the SUNRISE and SUNSET.
